Warranty Policy

LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE

Coverage Period: 1 year from date of purchase for products purchased from ciareusa.com. This is a "Limited Warranty" under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

Federal Compliance: Our warranties comply with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Your warranty remains valid regardless of what replacement parts you use or who performs maintenance, unless we provide specific parts or services at no cost to you.

Consumer Rights: Nothing in this warranty limits your rights under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, Kentucky Consumer Protection Act, or other applicable consumer protection laws.

COVERED DEFECTS

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use:

  • Component manufacturing defects
  • Premature failure within rated specifications
  • Performance below published specifications under proper use and installation

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage from exceeding published power ratings or impedance specifications
  • Damage from improper installation, wiring, or system integration
  • Damage from amplifier overload due to either excessive signal input or excessive electrical load on the amplifier output
  • Physical damage from impacts, environmental exposure, or vehicle accidents
  • Normal component aging, cosmetic damage not affecting performance
  • Damage from tampering, modification, or unauthorized repair
  • Installation-related issues or system compatibility problems

WARRANTY PROCESS

  1. Initiation: Submit warranty claim to support@ciareusa.com with proof of purchase
  2. Documentation: Provide photos, detailed issue description, and system information
  3. Evaluation: Technical review within three (3) business days
  4. Authorization: RMA issued if replacement is warranted
  5. Return Process: Customer returns defective item via prepaid label. The label will be provided after review and issuance of RMA
  6. Resolution: Replacements are shipped immediately after inspection of returned item, pending inventory availability. Most warranty claims are resolved within seven business days after receipt of the returned item

REPLACEMENT STANDARDS

  • Within 90 Days: New replacement product
  • 90-730 Days: New or factory-certified replacement with full remaining warranty
  • Discontinued Products: Equivalent current model at our discretion

Email Support: Technical questions answered via support@ciareusa.com.

No Phone Support: We do not provide phone-based installation support or detailed technical troubleshooting.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Warranty Limitation: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, this warranty is your exclusive remedy. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Product Defects: Nothing in this warranty limits our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or defective products, as prohibited by law.
