Geographic Coverage

We only ship to addresses in the 50 United States and Puerto Rico. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may incur additional shipping charges for oversized items due to transportation requirements.

Restricted Addresses

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding services to maintain product authenticity and warranty coverage.

Fraud Prevention and Address Verification

Address Verification: Orders may be subject to fraud prevention screening. Purchases with significant discrepancies between billing and shipping addresses may require additional verification or may be declined to protect against fraudulent transactions.

High-Risk Delivery Locations: Orders shipping to certain addresses may be flagged by our fraud detection systems, including but not limited to freight forwarding services, mail forwarding services, or addresses associated with previous fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to cancel orders or require additional verification for deliveries to such locations.

Verification Requirements

For orders flagged by our fraud detection system, we may require:

• Phone verification with the cardholder
• Additional documentation confirming the shipping address
• Alternative payment methods

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be verified through our fraud prevention processes, with full refund issued to the original payment method.

Magnetic Material Compliance

Products containing magnetic materials may require ground transportation depending on magnetic field strength in compliance with DOT, FAA, and carrier regulations, which may extend delivery times.

Processing Times

Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on business days ship within 3 business days via ground shipping.
