Return Window
30 days from delivery date for items purchased directly from B&C Speakers NA, LLC via ciareusa.com website.
Condition Requirements
Items must be in new, unopened condition with original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Return Process
Contact support@ciareusa.com to initiate returns. We do not process direct exchanges - return for a refund and place new order for replacement items.
Return and Restocking Policies
- No restocking fee for unopened products in original sealed packaging returned postmarked within 15 days of delivery
- 10% restocking fee for all other qualifying returns
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective or covered under warranty
- Installed items showing wear or damage from mounting are not returnable
Processing
3 business days inspection upon receipt of returned product, 3-5 business days refund processing to original payment method.
